1. Are electronic cigarette safe to use?
Electronic cigarette are approved in the UK, China and several European and Middle East countries. It is also CE and ROHS certified and compliant. Millions of units have been sold throughout the years since 2005.

2. What’s the main difference between the electronic cigarette and ordinary cigarettes?     
Electronic cigarette does not use combustion and produces no smoke; It does not produce any new substances in the process of vaporization. Furthermore, the electronic cigarette does not produce any dangerous substances such as tar carbon monoxide that are produced during ordinary smoking. It does not produce second-hand smoke that would harm family members and pollute the environment.

3. What are the ingredients in electronic cigarette liquid?
Electronic cigarette cartridges contain nicotine (in levels of high, medium, low and no nicotine), propylene glycol, tobacco flavoring, and other flavoring ingredients. These cartridges come in various flavors and nicotine levels to satisfy the needs of a variety of smokers. Propylene glycol is a water-based ingredient found in many health products and medicines. None of the ingredients in the cartridges have been found to be carcinogenic.

4. How long does each battery last?
The battery life will vary greatly with use, but on average 1 to 3 days under normal use. The electronic cigarette comes with 2 batteries and a charger so you never need to go without your electronic cigarette.

5. How long can I use a cartridge?
It may last several hours to few days, depending on your smoking habit. Normally, a cigarette needs to have about 15 puffs to finish it, while one E-Cartridge needs to have about 200 puffs to finish it completely, so that one E-Cartridge is equivalent to about one to two packs of cigarette theortically. However, the E-Cartridge can not be finished completely as the cigarette, there is always some E-Liquid rest inside the E-Cartridge when the smoke get reduced. Therefore, One E-Cartridge is equivalent to about one pack of cigarettes.

6. How much nicotine is contained in my cartridge?
It depends on the cartridge type you are using. For your choices, we offer you 5 different density of nicotine: 
   - Extra High density of nicotine: 24 mg nicotine, which equivalents to Extra   Strong Cigarettes.
   - High density of nicotine: 16 mg nicotine, which equivalents to Regular Strength Cigarettes.
   - Medium density of nicotine: 11 mg nicotine, which equivalents to Light Strength Cigarettes.
   - Low density of nicotine: 6 mg nicotine, which equivalents to Ultra Light Strength Cigarettes.
   - Non density of nicotine: 0 mg nicotine, which equivalents to No Nicotine. 

7. Does the vapor smell?
The vapor is exhaled and appears like smoke, but does not smell. It is in fact, vapor mist that evaporates in seconds. The liquid nicotine contained in the cartridge does have a slight smell of the flavor of the cartridge.

8. Can I use this electronic cigarette anywhere?
Electronic cigarette does not have any burning of tobacco. It is non flammable, and it does not produce any smoke. And thus, you are allowed to use this device in public, where the law is applicable.

9. How do I maintain the electronic cigarette? 
Our products have passed rigorous quality control from our manufacturing, so The Electronic Cigarette needs little regular maintenance. When its indicator light dims or the vapor is little,  it’s signaling the need to change the battery unit with one that is fully charged or replace a new cartridge.
