SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY:
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. Standard orders under 12 lbs. within the continental USA are shipped via UPS Ground for the flat rate of $7.95. International orders will be shipped via USPS Airmail. Oversized and international orders will be charged actual shipping charges. If actual shipping charges are over $20 you will be notified for approval before shipment. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has shipped.

Exchanges and refunds must be made within 14 days of receipt. Only one (1) exchange is allowed per item. Please contact us via email or phone to arrange for the return of merchandise. We should receive your purchased good in its original condition, ie, undamaged first. Customer will pay for the shipping cost.
